HHhhhmmmmm...My co-workers' friend is selling her condo in D.C. for a very good price. Since my co-worker knows that I am looking an apartment to move in to by the end of the month, she offered it to me...I thought about it and it is really a good deal... My boss encouraged me also to buy and just rent it out, so that the mortgage will be paid off by the renters and I would still be able to get an apartment closer to school in VA..... I am really taking it into consideration... I think it will be nice to have you own house at the age of 24, and at the same time have an extra income....hhhhmmm....
